Our administrative team, at the heart of our mission
We are fortunate to be able to count on an administrative team that is multidisciplinary, multicultural, and deeply human. It brings together expertise in management, operations, human resources, communication, accounting, and field services. This complementarity allows us to respond with agility to our clients’ needs. We speak French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which facilitates smooth communication with a diverse clientele and strengthens our team’s cohesion. What unites us? Proximity, collaboration, and the pleasure of doing things well, together.

Stéphane Daigneault

President and Founder
An entrepreneur at heart, Stéphane completed a college diploma in special education before founding several companies in the service sector. Since 2003, he has been running Monsieur Propreté with a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Laura Duque

Chief Executive Officer
Trained in administration, management, and human resources in Venezuela and Spain, Laura has been supporting the company’s strategic development since 2023, while fostering a positive team culture.

Karina Ribeiro

Director of Operations
With a degree in business administration (Brazil), Karina has been coordinating Monsieur Propreté’s daily operations since 2020, with a constant focus on efficiency.

Isabelle Berthiaume

Accounting Clerk
An accounting clerk with a vocational diploma in accounting and over 25 years of experience, Isabelle uses her expertise to manage bookkeeping and payroll. Since 2022, she has been working methodically, rigorously, and with attention to detail, contributing to the financial stability and reliability of our administrative operations.

Johanna Quintero

Marketing, media, and communications specialist
Johanna holds a master’s degree in communication and journalism (France) and a bachelor’s degree in marketing (Colombia). She has been managing brand image and communications since 2025.

Theresa Medor

HR and Administration Assistant
Theresa joined the team in 2025 and has a degree in human resources management (AEC). She is responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.

Sébastien Demers

Supervisor – Elite Team
Sébastien has been coaching the elite team since 2020. His experience in various sectors enables him to ensure consistent quality of intervention in a pleasant atmosphere.

Maryann Biron

Day Supervisor

Maryann has been part of the team since 2019. She coordinates day-to-day operations, ensuring that contracts run smoothly and providing support to the teams. Her ability to share her knowledge helps to maintain the stability of the services.

Scott Stranford

Evening and Weekend Supervisor
With over 20 years of experience in cleaning, maintenance, and concierge services, Scott joined Monsieur Propreté in 2025. He supervises the evening and weekend teams with a practical and structured approach, ensuring that quality standards are met.
